I chose one star because I had to. Don't use this company they are liars. I put the deposit down to hold a install date and no material was ordered. It was to hold a spot while I tried to get a loan and a few days later I found that I would have to stop the project to try and get financing with a different bank. This takes weeks to do so I could not make the install date anyway.

Maggie was supposed to return my thousand dollar deposit and after hearing "The check is in the mail" for weeks she decided that she would only give me half back. I have called her every week for two months and still haven't seen that either. I guess I'm screwed.
If you don't believe go to the address listed and check out the abandoned building. Maggie is a scammer and should be in jail.

I had never swam in a fiber glass pool and when I did, I loved it. I sure could tell the difference between it and a gunite pool, you know, like what the public pools are made of? This one was beautiful, and Sundown had done such a beautiful job. I enjoyed the time I spent in the pool. I also appreciated Sundown's friendliness and willingness to answer any question and wanting to put the customers needs first. They are truly a business that desires to please.
