We purchased 2 children's coats from this business, and when one of the zippers became faulty after only being used 3 times, we took it back for an exchange or for them to fix it. However, they would not do anything to help us out and were so hung on the fact that our child's name was written in the coat and that they couldn't "re-sell" it, they didn't want to hear anything else. All they had to do was fix the coat, or replace it for us. But, they wouldn't do it. That's NOT good customer service, and to treat your customers like they're white trash is totally uncalled for. I would not recommend this company for anything. Find another reputable place to purchase your sports wear, etc. This company won't be there for you when their products become faulty, that's proven.
