My aunt, my 2 young sons, and myself went to this subway around noon yesterday. They were pretty busy and one of the two girls working were new. The poor new girl was so pleasent and just trying so hard with the long line of people waiting. But the other woman was being very rude and actually yelled at a person in line. He didnt realize he was next in line because she had actually slipped over me and went to him! She yelled at him very very loadly, "you need to pay attention and know what you want when you get up here. Im really f***ing busy." there were about 4 small children in there and about 2o adults. Then we got our food. My sons got pizza and it was still frozen in center and my sub tasted like it had rancid meat on it. We left with empty stomachs and we were sick the rest of the night from the little we did eat. This is not the subway i know. The employees at subway have always been very kind and happy to make you happy. My 3 year old actually says "mommy, lets go to subway and eat fresh" as the commercials say. I was so upset that my sons had heard such language yelled at another human being. My oldest was upset at hearing all the yelling and not getting to eat because his pizza was frozen. I was so upset that i called their comment line and hope that the situation will be resolved. This day and age when so many people need a job, this woman should be fired tell she can appriciate that she has a job when so many others dont.
