The buildings are very nice when there are no issues. Maintenance is lazy and incompetent and the people at the office will flat out lie to you and say a problem has been fixed when in fact nothing has been done. Currently my AC is broken for the FIFTH time in the past 5 weeks and although I was promised it would be 100% fixed yesterday it wasn't. Then I was promised first thing this morning it would be fixed. And now I'm being told it won't be for another couple of days because of the weather. While they can't control the weather, it wouldn't be an issue if they had fixed it properly the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or even the 4th time when I was promised the part had come in and I would have no more problems (which turned out to be a flat out lie, no one bothered to even get the part until it broke again the 5th time). Additionally, the one time I didn't stay home to wait for maintenance and allowed them into my unit without me there they left the door wide open when they left. This place is too high priced to be this incompetent, look somewhere else.
