My husband dropped off a compressor for repair and the next day asked me to take in a payment in advance. When I went in, they guy behind the counter was totally rude to me and told me that I had to give him a $120 deposit since we had left our machine there for over 30 days and told me that normally they did not require a deposit but in our case they would. I had no idea what he was talking about since our machine had only been there one day. Finally he figured our he was talking to the wrong customer and did not even apologize. I was told that we needed a new motor and we took the reccomendation. Later, we picked up the machine and took it to the job and it still did not work. I took the machine back and they told me it would be about a week. I explained that we could not wait a week as we had already waited and the machine was not repaired correctly. The manager was even more rude and told me that my machine was too old and that I should not have made all of those repairs, that I should have bought a new machine! She tells me this after we made over $800 of repairs and replaced every moving part on the machine using her shop.
