Today I experienced a three hour nightmare simply trying to pick up an online at the Tulsa Hills Staple's in Tulsa Ok. A management by the name of Blake refused to locate my item. He talked down to me and tried to belittle me. He continued to blow me off. So I went home and called customer service who contacted the store to confirm that the item was there. Blake refused to talk to them. Thank God the representative refused to get off the phone until she got a response. He put a sales associate on the phone who hung up on me after waiting over 30 minutes. No one called me back so I went back to the store. I had to wait again while I watched Blake bend over backwards to help a Caucasian couple. By the way I am African American. I asked Blake why did I not receive the same treatment as my item had been there all along. He started right back with what I perceived as racial hatred and said he was going to put me out of the store. He had such hate in his eyes.
