Very, very incompetent and irresponsible. They lose and destroy clothes and deny any reasonable responsibility

Watch out, they lose garments and will not reimburse you. The location at 5419 S Harvard Tulsa, OK 74135 destroyed my pants that were part of my dress suit. It has been 3 months since June when this happened, and after giving me a run around, they still have not reimbursed me. I even offered them to simply buy the suit of my size from the store where it is readily available, and provide me the receipt so that i can exchange it but their General Manager Charles will not return the three messages I've left for him. Use them at your own risk. They lack business integrity.

These guys do an exceptional job cleaning and pressing! They're trustworthy.
