I lived here and I can say they have terrible maintenance. The manager would say the maintenance man was coming over, repeatedly, to fix something and he never showed up. And she didn't have the decency to even be embarrassed over it. And no explanation was ever made. It's a pathetic was to run apartments.
They accept section 8 but they treat people on section 8 like they're under (not as good) as others.
The parking is bad. There's hardly a place for residents, let alone for company.
The caliber of managers here is low. These people have low standards and believe anything they're told. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to live.

I live here and I can say it's horrible. Sewage constantly backs up, the chiller system ( oh yeah, they claim we have central air, that's a lie - they determine when your home is hot or cold ) anyway, it constantly leaks and floods the apartments. The maintenance men are sleazy and cuss regardless who's around, as for security lmao I hope you don't mind a weird guy who is clearly missing a few screws and constantly has to say what an important man he is, yada ,yada, yada. as long as you are kissing his arse verbally you should be fine. The manager that is here now is good, though she is unable to do anything because of interwoven friendships with some residents with the old manager, who is technically her boss. It's a shame because she is professional, polite and well liked, unlike the old one who was clearly on something.and very unprofessional. Anyway, DO NOT MOVE HERE. most who do, move out rather quickly, within months. I myself will be out by spring 2014 when my lease is up, Thank God!

Today I went to go look at this apartment for the first time and was not impressed at all with one of the ladies working in the office. However, the office manager was cordial. I walked into the office and the aformentioned staff person said very rudly-How can I help you? I said I am here to see an apartment that I saw in an ad online. She gave me a nasty look and this place went right to the bottom of my list. The Asst. manager tried to save the situation by immediately helping me but the damage had been done. She showed me an apartment and appeared uninterested in whether I rented the apartment or not-Dont they understand the concept of closing a sale? They did not inform me of amenities or anything. Actually, it appeared to me that they were hoping that I would be disinterested. Well, I am. Thanks for terrible customer service. And if they read this, maybe next time you will not judge a book by its cover. When one person is dissatisfied, they tell twelve other people and surely I have told more than 12!
