Great customer service! The lady "Dusty" goes out of her way to be efficient and know your usual! Nice to see friendly eyes in the masked times!

The owners of this business re no good. Bad customers service all around. don't waste your time coming to the shop and expecting a good price because they are the most expensive in town. You might as well go to quick trip they have just as many products! Always check your cigars from the humidor it is never properly maintained and many cigars have mold and spots!

This business mistreats its customers and employees. The owners act like they are good people but it's easy to see through that. Mike and Daryl are money hungry and don't care about the customers experience

I have shopped and been very HAPPY with these dedicated and friendly folks that work tirelessly often up to 3 jobs but still remain in good spirit and more than accomodating to all their customers-As for the disgruntled ticket winner...Stop whining about this business that was FORCED TO CLOSE DUE TO MOTHER NATURE-They are Very clear on how the ticket winnings are redeemed and I myself have come within 1 or 2 numbers away from winning myself-At least they offer such a wonderful incentive/bonus as every other competitor DOES NOT-Those are the breaks my dear-If you detest smokers so much maybe you should look for a new other half instead of cigarette shop to blame?!?!

I hear the shop has good prices, But they're stinkers on the weekly ticket drawings. I won 2/4/11, and then the blizzard hit and I dont think they were even open some of those days. I misplaced my ticket in preparation for the bad weather. When I found it and tried get my win, on 2/10, I learned I couldn't have it because they keep it after a few days if you don't claim it. Some contest. I'm bummed over that...been collecting those tickets 2 years hoping one day I'd win. I don't even smoke, it's my husband who does. Since I am forced to buy and smell those stinky things he is killing me with, I was especially bummed that I couldn't have my win. Now I don't want to shop that store anymore. Probably will go over to Delaware or Sheridan to buy his smelly sticks now. If I can't have my win, you might as well not have my business.
