In 35+ years of dealing with auto dealers of all types in three different states, South Pointe Chevrolet of Tulsa has proven to be the worst of the lot. Not sure if they are incompetent, grossly negligent to details or just plain crooked.... could be all three.

Buyers and sellers both should beware of doing business with this outfit.

I have been talking to Nick Barker about a truck I wanted. He has been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend him him.

Completely satisfied! Got my oil change and everything. I'm not sure if they did the multi-point inspection like they say they did, but I'll just believe em.

Worst customer service EVER! The salesman was the only good part of it. Had my husband not been in love with the truck I would have told them to give my deposit back & shove it! Grossly incompetent in there financing & customer service. 12 miles after leaving with my truck, the check engine light comes on & then they don't even offer me a ride to work, much less a loaner car, after I bring it back to get it checked. Will NEVER bring any business to this crooked business.

I feel that they did all they could to make my experience as pleasant as a visit to your a repair shop can be. And thank the service advisor who recommended new tires because I can see a marked difference in the ride.

We were very impressed by thier employee Shawn who sold us the vehicle no pressure and he was very informative. The next car we purchase will be from thier dealership.

I have had bad experiences at other dealerships and this was a good experience. I had warranty repair work done at Southpointe, very efficiently. And a corrected minor repair that another dealer had failed to do. Then Randy found some other minor issues related to leaks and those were quickly repaired and my car was ready before promised time.

It was a great pleasure working with Matt Williams. He was an excellent salesman. He explained all the differences between the 2 models we were interested in and let us make an informed purchase. He did not try and sway us into purchasing the more expensive model. He was prompt in returning the numerous emails back and forth and made the entire experience great

the service seems to be real good. As with a lot of dealerships... though... price is not very competitive on parts and labor.
