The sales people were very knowledgeable. My questions were answered in great detail. Best price of anywhere else I shopped. My bed was delivered and set up and Snow's even took away my old set. Very satisfied. Great shopping experience.

Cant say enough good things about this company. I enjoy the atmosphere there and the sale people are very friendly but the ladies behind the counter were awesome and funny. Good quality furniture with great prices. Save time and shop Snow's you will not be disappointed.

I love Snow's Furniture! I have been shopping there for years and have always been happy with everything that have bought. The Sales Staff has always treated me like a friend not just another sale. I also like that I can get it Delivered the same day that I bought it! I will always shop at Snow's!

Major rip off!! Don't buy brand name Cheers. Falls apart quickly. Deliverers did not screw in half of my furniture and did not bring markers. Gave me the scared up crap in the back. Manager that talks like fred flinstone has left a piece of furniture out and would not deliver it because they wanted me to pay delivery fee when it was not my fault. Asked for refund on the piece and gave me a huge hassle after spending a total of 10k in the store. Dinning chairs screw in and later split and broke because of cheap metal brackets. Way over priced for the quality. Entire living room set lasted 6 months and couch and chair stuffing would not bounce back. Worst experience ever. Stay away and don't buy!!!

I bought sofa and love seat and only lasted 2 years then frame started breaking down then the springs. They said would fix it but I would have to pay for labor. Same thing happened to my son's furniture too.

I'm so happy I went here! I needed a whole house full of furniture and had been to several places to shop.The saleswoman at Snow's(Kristina) was so helpful and she really knew what she was talking about! I found everything I needed at Snow's for lower prices than everywhere else and I wasn't pressured into buying.I won't be needing anything else for a while but I'm gonna tell all my friends to come here!

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Snow's Furniture. There was no pressure and the sales people had a great knowledge of what they are selling. That makes finding what I need easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Snow's to anyone needing furniture or a great mattress.

Purchased a King size Mattress and Box springs from Snow's Furniture back in April 2011,paid $980. for the set. After delivery to our home my Husband and I realized that Snow's Furniture sold us a used Mattress Set. We got in touch with John the Manager, he said we would have to bring the Mattress Set to Snow's Warehouse. My Husband did so.

I was upset with Snow's Furniture taken our hard earned money and cheated us. On top of this we had to do all the running around.

We will never deal with Snow's Furniture again.

Would not budge on price but on investigating they were the lowest price. Chinese made all-wood buffet was very poorly packed (not Snow's fault). The salesman Joe was very friendly. Service department delivered new buffet to replace damaged item. Would recommend at least a look.

I purchased a whole house full of furniture from Snow's, and I absolutely love the store, the employees! They are awesome! I highly recommend to anyone that needs any type of furniture, to visit Snow's.

Sold a mattress that we thought would be perfect but what we got sank in the middle. We slept on it one night, phoned the store and spoke to the floor manager John. He said he'd work with me and told me to come in. I knew what mattress I wanted and he arranged to have it delivered the next day. The mattress I chose was $100 cheaper than the other one. I thought great. And then he hit me with the 15% restock fee for a mattress that was defective and charged me the delivery fee (again). Told me it was policy and there was nothing he could do about it. So what should have ended up being a refund cost me $86 more. FAIL customer service. I'd look elsewhere.

Bought a leather sofa, loveseat and chair from them about 2 months ago. The cushions were constantly working their way out of the frame and i called to see if something could be done and they wouldn't give me the time of day. I asked to speak with the manager and they said he was busy and i asked if he could return my call and they took my number and i never received a call back.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! Yes they had a good selection of furniture but if they won't stand behind what good is it.

$2200.00 down the drain :(
