I took my bridesmaid dress in to have it hemmed because it was too long for me. I came in to pick it up and they said it was $30, so I wrote the check and grabbed the dress to try it on and make sure the length was correct. As I was putting on the dress and inspecting the "hem" I realized that they did not sew anything. They literally cut off 2 inches of the bottom of my dress and charged me $30 for it. Not only that, it wasn't even cut evenly! When I brought this to their attention the man told me it cost extra to have the hem finished and sewn.... I said that was ridiculous and he started yelling at me in front of other customers!! Never going back and I would never recommend them. Less than poor quality work and even worse customer service.
