Sequoyah Elementary School, established in 1927, provides academic instruction and enrichment programs to more than 400 students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. The school s academic course includes several subjects, such as reading, science, social studies and math. It manages a library that offers access to databases and books, as well as offers health care, food and guidance counseling solutions. Sequoyah Elementary School also provides instruction in physical education and music. The school administers bullying prevention, special education, and gifted and talented programs. In addition, it manages a student council and running club. Sequoyah Elementary School is managed by Tulsa Public Schools.
