The last review was from over a year ago, but my experience with them so far has been very good! They were very nice, and very helpful!

This company does not value their customers, they are incredibly rude and treat their customers like criminals. I have never been a day late on my payment for 2 years! I had to change my bank account number and my payment did not show on my new account I called back the representative Beth who had left a message for me when I spoke with her she was rude and treated me as though I had missed 3 or 4 payments!!!! Even after I apologize she continued to treat me like a lying criminal! Then she REFUSED to take my new account number!!!! I had to c all back ask for a manager and then give the manager my account information! 



Regardless of the title "High Risk" financing they should have staff there who care about the company's customers and train their staff to not be little their customers who have been good and always made payments on time!
