Provided by YPmobileI went to Dr Nowlin several years ago and they were friendly and on time. Now my son goes to nowlin Ortho and the assistants in the back are not very friendly at all! I never get a smile back or even feel welcome. I hate this and I'm writing to let Dr Nowlin know so he can address this. And my last couple of visits I've waited 30 minutes before them calling my sons name it would be nice if someone would let me know they are running behind. I wish they were more personable. I probably won't be bringing my daughter here. Very sad.
