If I could tell you one thing, I would say DO NOT live in these apartments. I hadn't lived in these apartments but maybe two weeks. I woke up to not just smoke, but my living room on fire. The smoke detectors DID NOT go off. Had I not woken up and got out when I did, I would have been stuck. With no help from management, I was forced to find a new place to live. It was a fight to get deposits back and everything that comes along with the situation. Two units were completely destroyed, and about 8 had severe smoke damage. Many would think that they would tear down and rebuild at least part of the building to ensure a safe place for the next occupants. however that was not the case. From the looks of it, they just put up new walls and called it done. Yeah the prices here may be cheap, but I would and am paying the extra amount to live somewhere safe.
