He is the founder and president of Tulsa Clinical Research LLC, an independent research center. ​ Dr. Richter is a Board-certified child and adult neurologist and Board-eligible trained psychiatrist. ​ Dr. Richter is Clinical Professor of Neurology and Psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Tulsa.
