i needed a refrigerator ice maker line plugged and a washer put in my bathtub faucet. He turned off both the hot and cold water before he left my house. When the cold water was turned back on the ice maker line immediately began to spew water. He had not repaired the line at all. He broke the faucet on the bath tub. He said he could not get the part in for at least 2 months and I should get a new tub valve replaced which would cost $400-$600 dollars. He charged me $115 for making the situation worse. I am a disabled senior and I think he thought I would not know how bad he was trying to rip me off. Do not use this plumber.

Not completing inspection at our company so we can get our gas turned on and its 35 degrees today. Have called multiple times and keep getting put off. He is in no hurry because he has already been paid for the work that isn't complete. Do your research. We wish we would of. We will probably have to pay another plumber to complete the job.

Excellent work. Very prompt amd proficient and I was amazed at how reasonable Mr. Cunningham's price's were compared to the other company's. I would recommend and to everyone asking. thanks for listening.....Milana
