One of the worst places in Tulsa to rent. I almost put "to live" but that would be stretching it. I was the unfortunate person to feel stuck there for three years. I hated it and also was stuck do to money and health constraints. Many of the health issues stemmed from the refusal of ownership/management to take care of any issues. I suffered from black mold and infections from bed bug bites, not to mention the stress of being harassed by the managers and one especially after she illegally towed my vehicle and refused to give me the name of the tow company.

On one level I feel fortunate that I am out of there with my life, but still upset because they cost me over $8,000.00 over the past year and then evicted me because I couldn't pay the rent.



It took 18 months for them to fix a hole in the ceiling that water cascaded out of every time it rained for the first year. (When someone cut a hole in the ceiling to see how bad the problem was exposing me to black mold for four months, we could see daylight) During that time I had black water sitting in the dishwasher off and on because I dipped it out for six weeks because the sink was draining into the dishwasher and then onto the floor. I quit using the sink and could not wash dishes in the sink for the six weeks. I did wash dishes once but had to use a plastic cup and a trashcan to dip the water out and dump it into the stool. Their excuse was they were not required to provide me with a dishwasher so they didn't feel it was a problem. I wasn't even using the dishwasher and only saw the black water after releasing the sink water that ended up flooding the kitchen.



Oh and anywhere you live, get everything in writing and send any correspondence via certified mail. I found out the hard way that a landlord can tell you any number of lies, steal from you and otherwise cheat you and the court will not recognized your right to live in a safe and pest free unit, but they will assist the owner/ manager to further abuse your rights(or what you think are your rights). Know ahead at Red Fox you have no rights, you will be abused and when you get shaken down, robbed, have your property vandalized, and witness drug deals nothing will be done. You have been warned.
