We did not rent from Realis originally, but from another company. Half way through our lease the owner switched to Realis. They used approximately 70% of our total deposit to redecorate and repaint the property, which it definitely did not need. It was clean and tidy and ready to show when we left. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone, whether you are an owner or a tenant.

Realis is the worst management company I have ever rented from. They are very quick to take your money, and won't give you your deposit back at all. We took care of the house and cleaned it spotless so no reason to keep it. If you contact them they will ignore you. If you have a problem with anything in the house, they will half assed fix it. The tree limbs were so overgrown at the rental property, huge branches would fall. The neighbor got tired of it falling on ther cars so they paid to have the tree limbs trimmed. I felt like a douche for not paying for it myself but hell we were only in the house for 4 months. We moved out before the lease was even done. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Stay away from Realis Management!

they are the WORST EVER!!! they dont tell you anything and charge you for EVERYTHING!!! the owners are very shady and dirty, they will lie and blame you for everything and maintenance is very LAZY they NEVER fix things and ALWAYS DO THE QUICK fix and have you call every time its broke until it have to be replaced.STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Be careful if your a tenant about asking questions about maintence at your place. I've already talked with maintence management about being blind-sided by a maintence fee . They will not let you know in advance if they are going to charge you or not. It will be a surprise on your bill. I found out the hard way. If getting a hold of Maintence, be sure to ask if your being charged. If you don't ask, they won't say. If you have a maintence bill question, all they will say. "In your lease, we're allowed to charge you this amount.". and they will make you feel lower than them, that they're right and your wrong.. and threaten with "tenant agrees or disagrees to pay bill". I'm stuck paying for a blind-side maintence.To the boss of Realis Management, you need to sit down with your maintence management employees and have a talk with this type of practice they are doing. So unprofessional.

we used Realis to manage our properties. It was a mistake and we had switched. Lack of communication when there were issues. Mistakes on billing and not to mention, constant maintenance fees. the company manages many properties and your house just falls in the system and becomes a #. No personalized, one on one management. If you want that, look elsewhere.
