I had to have my size 12 wedding dress taken out at the bust to fit DDs, and they did an excellent job for an amazing price. My dress fit perfect, and I looked amazing! I would recommend them all day long!

Took a very expensive, one of a kind evening gown in to have it hemmed. When I picked it up several of the beads were missing from the front and there were threads hanging where the beads were! It was perfect when I took it in, the lady even looked over the whole dress when we left it to make sure. But the worst part was the lady doing the hemming took off the tag that had the "one of a kind" Mac Duggal seal on it and now cannot find it! So now I can't resale it as a "one of a kind" designer gown when we are finished with it because of her mistake! Why did she even need to take it off? It was attached at the armpit and she was just hemming it? Not sure why she did this! But a costly mistake. Cannot recommend this place!

I love going to Queen Tailor Shop. I've been going there for years. If on the off chance they didn't take enough off a hem, they always re-do the job until I'm satisfied free of charge. Queenie is probably one of the sweetest person I've ever met too. If I need a job done that day, she has no problem fitting me in. She's always willing to accommodate my needs.

RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS!!! They were to take up 2 inches on my wedding dress hem which was pinned up, instead they took 2 inches in on the sideseams! My dress was ruined, they refused to give me a refund of my check or to buy me another dress. It is a very costly mistake to use this place.
