I've taken both of my nieces here and they had a ball. We all painted pieces, and they got to keep their work as a souvenir of the experince. It's a little more expensive than doing it at home, but the ceramics are fired, and you get to use all of their paints and glazes.

It has always been a GREAT place to relax, have fun, and learn a little on the side as well. My daughter and I have gone back many times because it has always been an enjoyable experience. We are even planning her birthday celebration this year there because she considers the "time is all about building memories."
