New to the area purchase the home felt it was a good idea to get it cleaned before I moved in. I contacted Pro Team cleaning and made an appointment. Or should I say they called and told me what times they had available and I chose one. The time was 5 a.m. the next day which was appreciated. So the next morning at 5:30 in the morning Pro team called because they could not find my address the new to the area I gave them the best directions that I had and I still receive a secondary call 10-15 minutes later. Also them going at 5 a.m. in the morning they knew I would not be there to check the work which had I realized their work was so substandard I would have been there and double check everything. The cabinets were not wiped out there were still cobwebs hanging from the ceiling there were dead bugs that were not swept up off the floor the only thing that I could tell that had been cleaned was the tile and the bathrooms. The carpet did not need to be touched as I had had it professionally cleaned the same day. Very dissatisfied feel that I got taken because the service was not cheap and as other reviews have stated everything was extra. The young lady who I had to give directions to on the phone was on therude side.

My house was cleaned this afternoon by ProTeam Clean. They did an AMAZING job!! This is the cleanest my house has ever been!!!

Do not use this company. Very unprofessional and cleaning is substandard. Further, they charge hourly and per item. Example, you want the oven cleaned, you pay hourly cost and item cost. You want the microwave cleaned, you pay hourly cost and item cost.You want the shower cleaned, you pay hourly cost and item cost. For the price of cleaning you would think they cleaned at a professional level. I had to go through and re-clean because it was so poorly done. Strongly recommend avoiding this company. You've been warned.

They came with in 2 hours after my request. The fit me in, even after they had cleaned another place for several hours! I had ask them to clean for me before and was so pleased with the results. This was over 2 years ago. I always do my own cleaning and was recovering from surgery. When i found we were going to have company from out of town , I knew I needed help. The only company i would ever want to clean my house is this one. They are exceptional and so great to have in you home. I can't tell you what a blessing they are. I am so thankful i found them. If anyone needs house cleaning done, this is who you need to call!!!

They cleaned every inch of my house I spent 119 on groupon for 4 hours and they did 5 and a half. Ask for yerni!! He is the bomb!

I just had them do a deep clean over the weekend and am very happy with the results. I am going to get set up on a 3 week rotation. I would recommend them if you are looking for a cleaning service.

No question these people are amazing! They are the best out there and not only that they are good people to have in your home! I have never had a better job done! Once you have had them clean, you will never want anyone else!
