Like everything about you guys especially the pricing! But must say, your 33rd & Broadway location is very hard to get in and out of! Also, like the first time I brought my car there (this was the 2nd) oily footprints where left on my driver's side carpet again that I had to scrub off. Otherwise, superior service once again! Will bring my car again and a paper bag to cover my carpet. :)

I will never go back here and would not recommend it to anyone. The two workers that helped me used scare tactics and said things were wrong with my car that weren't to try to take advantage of me. Then they took forever to try to convince me that I needed to get my car fixed today because it was unsafe to drive. They also tried to pressure me in to making a decision to get it fixed then and there because they needed to order a part and if I waited it would take longer. I was told that the brake inspection would take 15mins and I told them I had to leave by 5:45. They refused to put my tires on until I heard their whole speil on how I needed to get it fixed today and that I had to tell them today so they could order a part (that really wasn't even needed) or it would be Monday before my car would be ok to drive. I literally felt like they were holding me hostage and my car hostage! They told me I needed all new hoses, new calipers, pads, rotars, and a brake flush all totaling $800. I took my car to another place and got a free estimate and the only thing I needed after their thorough inspection was brake pads! So thankful I got a second opinion and didn't fall for the scare tactic sales strategy!

I love the fast excellent service, and the friendly way you are greeted every time you enter the establishment.

I have used these folks several times and I have always been satisified with the work. The fact that most repairs can be completed the same day is a true bonus for me! Depending on the repair done, I have even had these guys drop me off at work while they fix the car and then they pick me back up after work. That really helps too!

They got me in and out with great friendly service I loved the service I got there thank yall and keep up the good work.

These guys are as friendly as they come, but wow do they sell you a bunch of service you don't need at outrageous prices. I bought a lifetime brake service from them a few years ago and went back to have my brakes looked at again after the brake light kept coming on. Even with the "break" I get from the lifetime service plan, they wanted $360. That would replace the rotors, but not the pads. Told them no thanks and went to another mechanic who showed me that my rotors were nowhere near needing replaced, or even machined, brake pads had plenty of life. He lubed the the backplates, flushed and refilled brake fluid, and re-calibrated my rear brakes. Fixed all of my problems for only $75. He said that IF he needed to do a complete brake job on the front-end (rotors, pads, etc.) it would still run me only about half of what Precision Tune quoted me.



As I sat there for two hours while they looked at my brakes, I heard them talk to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who came in to get their oil changed about all of the extra services they "needed" ranging from about $60 to several hundred dollars. I will NOT be going back.
