Called and had my questions answered on a Tuesday, then made an appointment for Thursday. On Thursday no one showed up. I called their office and they informed me that they couldn't reach the person that was supposed to be coming on my appointment. I was quoted an estimate of over $10,000, and I still asked for the appointment. Apparently, $10,000 isn't important enough to these people to keep a simple appointment, or make a call to let me know they were going to be late. I got nothing from them until 35 minutes after my appointment time. I had already made 2 calls to their office at 10 minutes and 20 minutes past the appointment time. I wouldn't hire them to install a garbage disposal with this kind of responsibility and customer service.
