for the 1st time in the 2 years i have been here i can actually now say im happy where i am and i feel at HOME!

Horrible place to live. They have roaches

This apartment complex is so much better now with the new owners and management. All of my maintenance has been taken care of when asked and they make me feel like I am in a great community now. Also the people in the office are really nice.

Just moved to Highland Park and it has been a very pleasurable experience from leasing to move in. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional. We absolutely love the large courtyard and pet friendly environment. Glad we have decide to call his Home!!

Well Located, Beautiful Property, Fair Rents, Awesome Management!!! I am going on two years of living here at the Highland Park Apartments. Recently new management has taken over and they are amazing! The property is well maintained and it shows that the office staff takes great pride in their work. They are incredibly friendly and it seems they have done a great job keeping on top of all the residents maintenance requests They have made some great improvements to the outside of the buildings and the courtyard. The community is open and spacious making it a very comfortable place to live. The laundry room has an ample amount of machines and I never have to wait to do my laundry. The office manager has told me that they are about to turn it into a gated community, build a dog park and a grill area for everyone. I am very excited and proud to be a resident of this community!

My experience here so far has been terrible. The management is beyond bad and maintenance is the worst I've ever experienced. So far I've had management randomly cut my cable line outside, which was "professionally" installed by Cox Communications, and pull it out of the walls with NO NOTICE or communication of any sort. Just cut it and walked off. Now my air conditioner, which is scrapped together out of 2 different ac units and concealed behind a cheap and shoddily installed drop ceiling (only in the hallway) is leaking a steady stream of water and has been for 4 days. I've called management every single day since it started to leak, and every time I've been told they would come out for service the same day. Still haven't seen a maintenance guy. DO NOT MOVE HERE! THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OPENLY DRINKS ON THE JOB FOR CHRISTS SAKE!
