Awesome work - awesome person. Use her for ALL my embroidery work.

If you want to take your garments for some stitch work to a business that is fair, honest, ethical and trustworthy then DO NOT trust your garments to Pizzazzy's! I took my expensive garment to her to see if she could do some altering and she LOST MY PROPERTY and then defiantly refused to compensate me for it! She thought an 'I'm sorry" was good enough and I should just accept it and then got belligerent when I demanded to be compensated in some way. That is the decent thing to do for good customer service but she didn't even care enough to try. Instead she tried to hide behind her disclaimer that she was not liable for any garments damaged during work but this was not damaged, it was LOST in her care! Her disclaimer does not cover lost goods! It is not valuable enough to sue her though I am still considering other legal action. With all the other mongraming business around, go to one of them instead! I only give this place a single star because I can't give it zero. Do not trust Pizzazzy's!
