Provided by YP.comPerfection roofing claims to be Master Elite Certified by GAF/ELK the roofing materials company. That certification comes with extended warranties and a guarantee of quality work. They do not have it and they mislead potential coustomers by advertising it. Such fraud should be criminal, avoid these guys.
We are sorry you felt mislead. We have been Master Certified Elite for many years and when we didn't renew our membership it could have been missed on some of our advertising. The Master Elite program is a program that the contractor pays annually to be a member. It has nothing to do with extended warranties or guarantee of quality. You may purchase extended warranties through GAF/Elk but those warranties are based upon the customer spending addition monies on other GAF/Elk products to be used on your roof. Please visit there website to verify and see what they offer. We at Profection Roofing, pride ourselves in being in business over 30 yrs and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
