Very, very disappointed in this school. My daughter went there to get her hair changed from medium brown to blonde on top phased into dark brown on bottom. While the bottom turned out good, the top is YELLOW/ORANGE. I understand that this can happen sometimes when going back to blonde but what I am disappointed in is the way she was treated after. She was charged $90 the day of the service. I called the salon the next day, explained to them that her hair was a yellow/orange color and was told as long as she came back within a week, they would fix it. So we made an appt for 3 days later. She went in, they looked at it and said they would not put any more bleach on it because it would damage it and told her they could do a conditioning treatment and then come back in 4 weeks and they would try to fix it (4 weeks later, they would have to charge again to fix it). She called me very upset, I told her to let them put the conditioner in and then we would just have to go to another salon to get it fixed. So they did and when she got up to leave, they told her she owed another $19 for the conditioner!!! She refused to pay it and told them that she would not be back. Now we have to pay someone to fix their mistake and that will be very costly. My daughter is a Sr in high school and is taking her Sr pictures next week so you can imagine how devasted she is. My problem was not with the initial mistake, it was that they did not want to fix it without continually charging more money. I hate to think that they are teaching their students that this is the way to treat clients because they will not have any clients if they continue to treat people in this manner.
