I starting working for this company part-time while I was finishing my degree, mainly due to the flexible hours and competitive pay. During this time I was able to work various posts and gain a lot of experience in different aspects of security. The company seemed very committed to taking care of both their employees and clients, so I decided to transition to full. There are definite opportunities for advancement and I would highly recommend this company.

Worked there for a little while. Very unorganized. Some posts they'll dress employees up like cops, badge and all, and stick them unarmed in very gang affiliated areas where it is initiation to murder someone with a badge. Probably the lowest paying agency. LOTS of nepotism, from the command structure to refusing to discipline relatives who everyone from the client to other employees constantly complain about. Hours are never set, they can change your hours and only give you a few minutes heads up. Or they'll have you work four hours during the day in one place, then give you maybe six hours to rest and send you to another so your opportunity for a life or even sleep in between is next to none. Don't let that fool you though, they've very good at giving inconvenient hours, then giving you days off or structuring it in a way to where you don't get overtime which is crucial if you're going to basically not be able to work other jobs due to the low pay
