The building is not wheelchair friendly

First of all the check in staff are very rude and a hurry up and get the paper work completed staff. Second the Dr. walked around with a letter showing everyone how he was voted the best Dr. I think he was trying to even convince his self with this letter. Third they lied to me about being in my insurance network and I was stuck with a 1150 bill and I told them about this and my insurance said the dr was trying to bill them under several different codes and that they haven't been a member of blue cross since April of 2015 but they kept telling they were in the network. Bottom line my insurance company said run and get away from this pain mangment company. So I found a great Dr. that is open and very professional. Listen beware of all these 5 star reviews. They have changed their website around in the last month. I'm telling you people they had an average of 1.5 stars on the old website. Shop all the Dr. Thank you.

Michelle is very pleasant and always helpful. The checkout process always goes very smooth when claudia is at the checkout window. The 2 ladies have always been fantastic when visiting your office.

My appt was with Michelle she is wonderful very kind and a great listener she has shown my husband and I great care.

Over the last four years, Oklahoma Pain & Wellness and Dr Patel have dramatically changed my life. My pain has decreased tremendously and i have my life back. I highly recommend OPW to anyone that is sufering from acute or chronic pain.

Everyone is very friendly and knows their jobs they listen which is very important I enjoy my visits here.

It is always great to look forward to my office visit. The staff is awsome. And make me feel welcome. The visit was with Leslie Chan and i had a wonderful visit with him hope i can see him again.

Oklahoma Pain and Wellness is a great pain clinic and people really care for you and offer superior options to resolve your pain. Dr. Patel is absolutely the best! I would highly recommend Oklahoma Pain and Wellness.

I love this office staff and the doctors, they have helped me so much throughout the years, and are so very understanding.

i love dr patel and the level of care i get. My only constructive criticism is that the billing was more accurate upfront. I recently paid several hundred dollars for two years worth of old charges that i never received a bill for.

Very friendly staff, if there is a negative it would be because I have to come every month, that is painful because I work out of state.

The staff is great and awesome docs and very happy with the care I receive very pleased thank you u all rock.

Let me know what doctor that I am going to see, and who is going to be my doctor!! I would really appreciate it if I knew what was going on with my doctors!! I have a lot of respect for DR. WASIF and for DR. DAFTARY!!! I think they are both very good doctors..

I have always had a good experience at the office. I have seen Dr. Patel for about 7 years and I think he is the greatest!, I would recommed him to anyone!

Staff is very pleasant, and easy to get alone with. Doctor is very concerned about pain levels and doind what it takes to make me comfortable.
