Two Staffers had their children in this business. Will not go there again, manicure was awful and polishing job was some of the worst I have ever experienced.

While owner Hannah is nice not worth trying!

The worst quality I have ever had. They are pushy sales people. They are way over priced!

They cut my nails way too short to the point were my nail beds are exposed! It's been 3 days since my mani and my fingers are still burning and tender. Waste of $70 and will not be going back. Due to health and safety I do not recommend this salon.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars...but the system forces me to give it one. I brought my pregnant sister in law in and we both got a massage. My therapist, Haley, was very nice but it did not feel like she was a trained massage therapist. (She was the sister of the owner, Hannah) Hannah was my sister in law's therapist and THAT is where the NIGHTMARE took place! My sister is 9 months pregnant so she laid down on her side and Hannah began the massage. My sister didn't know what to expect because she had never had a massage before. She is also only 21 years old & was shy to speak up. Hannah,the therapist/spa owner, smelled strongly of alcohol and about half way through the massage began falling asleep during the treatment. At one point, I found it strange that I couldn't hear anything happening at the massage bed next to me...so I opened my eyes...only to see Hannah sitting on a stool with her head resting on the massage table...SLEEPING!!! I later learned from my sister that Hannah had fallen asleep SEVERAL times during her massage and that the strong alcohol smell was more than unpleasant for HER! When I called Hannah to discuss our concerns...she YELLED AT ME...and denied everything...even though I was in the room & witnessed it for myself. When I told her that I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau...she yelled at me again and the hung up on me! There are no words for how horrible I was treated.

Very clean, VERY friendly, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Easy to find, great customer service!

Do not waste your time or money! I walked in to get a pedicure and manicure and was stuck there for over 3 hours. Not only did I leave with an empty wallet and lost time but my nails look like my 8 year old painted them. I opted for the shellac polish and I couldn't be more disappointed. The pedicure was horrible, I paid $54.00 for a pedicure and they didn't even scrap my feet or give a massage. It was awful. I wish I didn't get shellac polish because now I am stuck with it until it starts getting towards the 2 week mark. The polish doesn't go to the tip of my nail nor does it go to sides. They're not smooth either, very lumpy. To top it all off, I forked over $100.00 for this waste of time and ugly nails. I learned a lesson, I will stick to my usual spot where they do an amazing job and I don't leave COMPLETELY unsatisfied.

I really enjoy the atmosphere, the message will getting my pedicure and the friendliness of everyone in the shop. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it.

Got a groupon and loved my facial and pedi. Came back for mani and pedi the next month and bought 2 gift cards for a friend and for myself. These ladies make u feel like a queen. They even stayed really late for me one night around Christmas so my nails would dry. Highly recommend them to my friends and family. I'm a monthy client now.

I found the BEST place in the Tulsa area for pampering. The do a great job on nails and pedicures. My first visit I was in a bit of a hurry and they offered to save me some time by working on my nails while I sat in the Pedicure chair and had that done. Both were done beautifully! My next visit was even better!!! I mentioned having to work a late night the night before and being tired and stiff in my neck and shoulders, and I was treated to a relaxing neck and shoulder massage! They keep a set of tools just for you and the level of respect and customer service they show is wonderful. I felt very appreciated as a customer. I will be a regular at Nails & Spa Kangen!!!

This was the best customer service I have ever received at a nail salon. The staff was amazing to both me and my mom and my nails look absolutely amazing. The ladies were kind, professional and just all around wonderful. This I'd definitely my new nail salon!! I wouldn't recommend any place else.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I had the worst experience at this place. At the time I was leaving the manager asked me to tip the lady. I left the tip in the room, and she yelled across the salon to ask the girl who gave my facial how much I had left. The manager told me this was not enough that 20% was minimum. I was appalled by this!! Not only did she demand a tip, but she totall embarrassed me in front of everyone, and then she insulted me. I told her that was all that I wanted to tip because I was not happy with the facial. The quality was bad, the products they used were below standards, and the lady had no license in cosmetology. She was literally choking my neck and pinching my neck nerves during the massage. I cannot believe the nerve of this woman to ASK for a tip, and then tell me that it was not enough! Very unprofessional.
