i have stayed at several motel 6 locations. i will never stay at this one again. the heat/ac didnt work, toilet over flowed. when we reported the heat/ac we were told they would take care of it but never did, when we reported the toilet, we were given a plunger to take care of it ourselves. we paid a week in advance and had to stay in that room with no heat with 30 degree nights with a 4month old. finally we get another room when we called corp, we paid for a couple more days, we cleaned the room up for the most part. 3 days later when we go to pay for another night in the second room we were told we could only stay one more night because we didnt bag up our towels from the other room and they said our dog pooped under the bed when he couldnt even fit under the bed. the manager straight up told us that since we were not happy due to the heat that we needed to go our own ways and couldnt stay any more. she even came to our room to check our room and looked at our belongings and snarled her nose. we since have tried to get ahold of the district manager, we called the motel 6 to get the number and they said we are harrassing them because we wanted to talk to the manager to get the phone number of the district. she would not give us the number, i will never stay here again. this was the worst i have ever been treated. they wouldnt even bring us towels, we had to go get them ourselves from the office. im only giving a one because it makes you give a rating to leave a review, but it deserves a zero
