Been working with Charles for many years and just recently found out how uneducated he was letting me operate when trusted with my tax work. I feel let down and am disappointed I trusted this firm with my work. I retrieved my documents all my tax documents and will not trust this company to handle my taxes again. Very very very dissatisfied and let down customer.

Mr. Monroe has been preparing our business/family taxes for my home childcare business for 3-4 years now!!! Very precise and dependable!!!
