I worked for a construction company for 5 years.Enjoyed it, but I had no chance of getting the supervisor position (family biz). Decided to look around. Glad I found MSC - and glad I was invited in for the shadow of the position. Everyone in the company was welcoming, and I was surprised at the amount of effort that was put into me. I started out part time, and by the time I was able to start FT - I already knew all the basics. Pretty excited about my career possibilities right now. I have surpassed my own expectations so far, and its only up from here. Never really thought I would be a business man, but turns out im actually pretty good at it! No more sitting around waiting for something to pop up, i found it myself. I appreciate everything that my mentors here have done for me, and cannot wait to help out other people like myself - or anyone for that matter! One of the clients we are working with right now is awesome and so helpful. People have had a lot of patience with me, and Im ready to get going. Very glad that I decided to check out numerous different companies and find something I actually see potential in. Extremely happy I kept my options and mind open to something different from what i am used to. Good place to check out if you are wanting to do something big and meaningful.

Such a fun company! I worked for them for a few months in 2012 and had to leave because of a family emergency. The owner Brian and the administrator Joanna are the nicest yet most driven people, and the company teaches so much about business, leadership, and life in general!
