The staff beside the nurse is really rude. Fromt desk lady when she got off phone never greeted me. Never said anything just looked at me. I said i need to see someone. She asked if I been there before I said yes. I handed her my id and insurance card. She then asked if I filled out this green paper before I then said I thought so. She checked and really rude said I had not. I started filling it out. She then said I owed 20 dollars copay from the last visit. Why did they not had me paid then and other times before they billed me. I said I never got billed. She acted like i was lieing to her.
Went back quickly with the nurse and she was really professional and understand my pain and listen to everything I said. Then moved to another room down hallway. The PA came in caring her laptop in her hands called me by another name. I said not my name. She then said is that my middle name again said no. I said you have my info on your laptop. She doesn't take time to know the only patient there. I then refused to be seen by her. Ask if her boss name and if they was there. Which wasn't there. I did tell herself and the nurse how rude the two was and unprofessional. Then I called office manger April at the MedNOW in Broken Arrow talked with her. She was so understand and apologietice for my visit. I have been there several time and this is the first time the staff was been SO RUDE.

The staff were friendly and efficient. I was in and out within half an hour. Would definitely go back.

Horrible. I waited 3 hours to be seen and was finally prescribed an antibiotic that caused me to vomit approximately once every hour. Since then I've called numerous times and have left multiple messages to have the medication changed but no physician's assistant will return my call.



Additionally, when I noticed in my paperwork that the reception staff had copied my mailing address wrong, I asked to have it corrected in their records. Their response? Just remind us the next time you come in. In other words, we won't help you over the phone but if you come in again then for $100 we will update your address.



Horrible.

The sign out front flashes"be seen now" I am still waiting over 30 minutes later! When I suggested they take that off their sign bc i t is very misleading, I got the ever so effective eye roll and "please take a seat". Where urgent cares are a dime a dozen customer service is everything. We will not be coming back and neither will our employees.

Horrible service

I went there to get checked out for a bad cough and doctors only spent 3 mins in the room with me and also prescribed a bad medication for me that made me really ill. When I called to notify them they told me they would notify the doctor and they would get back with me in less than a hour. It took them more than 3 hours to get back with me and then they had me come back to reevaluate and charged me again for faulty services. Would never recommend them to anyone. I advise u to use St. John or warren clinic urgent care offices.
