While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery®. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

My experience was very disappointing and I was very upset with my service I placed an order which they got wrong I’m at the window and nobody ever came back to the window completely ignored me and I also do doordashing here at this establishment if you want to call it that the workers are very rude at night have no respect for customers at all they didn’t ask what I needed a black male and a Spanish Woman working the drive thru completely disrespected me because I said I will be letting DoorDash now how rude they are not yo send me back all because of no order number was not in the dash DoorDash hasn’t been havei g order numbers lately the same McDonald’s was still allowing us to deliver the orders without a order number then all of a sudden bo we can’t which I had to call my supervisor to cancel the order which is a long process and inconvenience for me but when I come back to order for me and my children the staff was rude even mad my kids upset because of it and I need to speak with corporate office immediately about how trash the service was.

They messed up my drink 3x and when I got home I had someone else's order.

I'm on a restrictive diet and couldn't eat anything I was given. I tried to call to rectify the situation and the phone rang 35 times before I decided to just write a review.

After writing this, I called one last time and got someone who said they would make it right, so I've improved the rating to reflect that.
