We are monitoring all local, state and federal regulations to provide customers with contactless ordering options. While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery®. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Good was horific staff was rude and did not understand English was left standing at counter for 15min no one would take my order when I complained the manager looked like she wanted to kill me and I have a witness to that had a burger thrown on counter at my husband need I go on

Avoid at all cost... Most of the time, their shake machine is down. Your order is at least guaranteed to get messed up half the time. Some of the cashiers are straight up rude and have blank exppressions on their faces when you ask them anything. Though this is my local McDonald's eatery, I am done with them and will be telling others as well...

BARELY A 1\2 A STAR.

I HAVE HAD SEVERALCONFRONTATIONS & 1/2 THE TIME OR MORE THAN 1/2 THE TIME!!!!!!!!!! IT IS A COMMUNICATION PROBLEM. THE EMPLOYEE NEEDS AN INTERPERTER TO OR THEY MAKE A GUEES OF WHAT WE ARE ORDERING. WHEN YOU GUYS DO MESS UP YOU DON'T TAKE ANY RESPOCIBILITY!!!!!!!! IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ANY LONGER. IT'S SCREW THE CUSTOMER YOU WANT IT YOUR "GO HOME AND MAKE YOURSELF. (that way you know no one fondled you dinner w/ their genitals.) IT DOES HAPPEN YUP YUP!! NOT JUST AT McDONALDS. TACO BELL,SONIC,RED LOBSTER. I CAN GO ON & ON. PEOPLE JUST DON'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THE QUALITY OR WHO IS MAKING OUR FOOD...ANYMORE WELL IT IS WHAT IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!! TILL MY NEXT #1 SIGNING OFF PEACE OUT.HAMBURGERS #1 FAN BEST CHOICES # 1 FREEWAY CAFE the food is to die for. 5 stars. also ofcource----outback on 71st best service great!!!!!!!!
