I would rate it at one half of a star if I could. There was never enough staff. They were always trying to play catch-up to fix problems. One thing would get better another would get worse. Then the washing machine broke and laundry pile up because they couldn't buy a new one

do NOT put your family member in this place! the second day my family member was in there, she fell out of the bed cause there were no bedrails.

also, since the incident happened over the weekend, she couldn't be seen by the doctor until maybe monday(or whenever he showed up). i showed up unannounced and demanded she be taken for x-rays on sunday--its thursday, she's still in the hospital undergoing more tests and x-rays.

BTW, the bedrails went up after she was placed back in the bed. NO, she isn't going back.
