Cindy, Kaitlyn and Bethany do a wonderful job of creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and valued. They offer welcome kits, host fun monthly events, and always have smiles on their faces. Plus, they even make dogs feel welcome. They keep dog treats at the front desk, and dogs come looking for them daily on the way to or from their walks.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
They will do their best to help and and make you satisfied.
They work 7days a week.

I've lived at the Mansion House since 2005 (I'm writing this in October 2011), and my mother-in-law lived here for about 10 years before that. The ownership has been the same for decades, and they have shown a long-term commitment to maintaining a quality residential community. I don't agree with everything they have done, like eliminating the cafe and beauty/barber shop, but it's still a great place to live. The recent remodeling has really modernized the building, with new energy-saving (dollar-saving!) double-pane windows which eliminate almost all outside noise. Whenever someone moves out of an older-style apartment, many more updates are done. Just to give both sides, I'll mention that a common complaint is roaches, but all you have to do is report it, and you get a quick extermination visit. Just do your part and don't leave food out for roaches, and you should be fine.
