They provide terrible service. When I moved, I called them to give them a new address, a new phone number and a new insurance provider. I called on Monday and had heard nothing by Wed. I called again and was told they had the request. On Thurs., the delivery guy called me to verify my address in Bixby. I moved from Bixby to Broken Arrow. He had to drive clear back here. When I called them the next day to be sure they had updated the new info., I was told they would call me back within the hour. It has been almost 2 months. I called again this Wed. to order more tanks and here it is 7:30p on Friday (the day they deliver in Broken Arrow) and I have heard from no one. This is the worst service I have received from any company.
