They was really good they got me in last minute to fix my ugly problem on my leg my art guy was named Jake highly recommend this place I will go back

I've had a total of 8 tattoos done here all by Bill Miller. He's is there best artist and incredibly professional. I'll ne go to anyone but him. Fantastic work!

This place is horrible!!!! I went with my husband to get a small peace sign on my wrist. The smell alone will make you run!!! It smells like a bar and everyone is just walking around smoking like it's no big deal. There are teenage girls laying around in the chairs watching tv and the owners girlfriend was the one "helping" me with my tattoo, but I use the term VERY loosely. She could have cared less about my design and acted like that was the LAST place she wanted to be. I choose not to get tattooed here and suggest you don't either. Who knows what you could catch. I have also alerted the health department of the deplorable conditions.

I have had leo do work on me before. The work is great and they are located on my back and sides. I spoke highly of him and booked my next tattoo with him. Got my tatto where everyone could see it and it was very sloppy and way to close together. He didn't take his time on it at all and being a tattoo artist he should have known you can't put letters that close together. It looks like it's hid first tattoo and I'm very disappointed. This is my first tattoo visible to everyone and it's terrible . He must have had way to much going on and not a care in the world as to what it would look like. Just seemed like he wanted to get it over with. Needless to say I'm now stuck with this tattoo and it's not very pleasing. I went to other artist after and every one of them were in shock that he would even do that. My only option is to pay a lot of money to get it removed or cover it up. I will never go back. And will no longer send people there. Such a disappointment.

Best tattoo I have got so far! Very professional and an awesome artist! Husband and I have several more tattoos Bill will be doing. All the guys there are very nice and awesome artist. Do your self a favor and don't waste time looking anywhere else in Tulsa! Very happy customer! Thanks Bill!!!!!

leo is a amazing artist he takes time to talk to you and make sure you are complete about your tattoo. i have two tattoos by him and have many people that want to go see him after i have shown mine off. he makes you laugh while your in there and truly cares about your bussniss. he wants you to come back and i always will!!!!.

I have gotten 3 tattoos to date and plan on gettng another one soon, I strongly recomend RICK...he's the only one I'll let permanently draw on my body!!

I've got 3 tattoos from other places locally, but never have I had an experience like I did at Leo's. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I won't go to another place. Plus, I paid a reasonable price and I have a really nice tattoo.

This shop is child friendly I had my eight year old and no sitter, it was no problem for her to sit in the lobby and color while I was tattooed. The tattoo came out wonderful and I also got some fridge art from my daughter. So if your lookin for cool people and great tattoo's try this shop!

Too many children running through the tattoo area trying to get to a computer on the other side of the room. For a moment, I thought I was at a daycare.
