P.s: Kristin is never in the office she never answer the phone or check her voice mail maintenance never answer the phone even if you have an emergency they will be rude and tell you they have a family of there own to make a work order in the morning. Kristin is only in the office when her boss is on property or she wants to make a sale.



The best thing about these apartments is the neighbors are nice and quite and mind there business unless they see someone around your apartment that is not suppose to be there and they will alert you. There is no loud music or drama or shootings its neighbor hood friendly.



The worst part of these apartments is the maintenance is very horrible they fix stuff on they terms and time and when they do get around to fixing something they use tape and paint to hold things together. If your ceiling fall in because of rain make sure your property is out the way because they do not care about you or your things. Kristin is very rude, and she never on time in he office she very unprofessional. These apartments do attract bed bugs and roaches and they will not do nothing about it, They will send someone out one time and the rest is on you.



If you move out and your expecting a deposit don't hold your breath because Kristin will make up lies to say your apartment had damages just to not pay you even after you have move out and she place your apartment the next day on website for rent. These apartments are scams and rip off I live here 5 years and before Kristin became manger they was great she has drove them down hill with her unprofessional work and character.

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone unless you don't care about the place and just want great neighbors.
