Have been living here for 4 months and just love it. Clean. Well taken care of. And truly a lakeside view

Hi my name is Quincy Evans and I was wandering what's the application prosses for canidicy in case of a vacancy oppertunity. Lakeside is a great place to live. The Lakeviews are just amazing and the year round fishing is awesome too. I have not had any issues and I've been living here for a yr and a half. No problems with neighbors or any stealing or with office people. Its great. I love it here. Only thing that I dont like whatsoever Is that after office hours a whole bunch of people and kids come from the duplexes next to our apts to swim in the small pool we have. Thats actually one of the complaints im making later today to the office. But other than that its great. Every 1 or 2 months the pest control comes so thats the best part. I've never seen a roach in my house.

Some of the staff did care and others did not. When we first moved in, the roach problem was a huge issue. They were crawling on the ceiling, walls, all over the place. They do spray though, so the issue went away eventually. Had a big issue with the quality of the apartments, they are very old and apprantly not safe, as I was told by the people who work there. Also was told by staff that there have been alot of robberies at Lakeside and the other property Shoreline. The views of the pond are nice, but the feeling in the community is unsafe.

Lakeside Place is the best place to live the staff are wonderful if there some thing wrong or some is is not working right the

maintenance man is 100% friendly and get the work down the first time the management work hard to make you happy they love the people that live there and the management does care about the people and they really get the work done and i never had one seen bug in my home not ever there the place are clean and well made if any one is looking for a place to call home this would be the right place for you
