the cust service suxx I've spent 2out of my 5nights here with no wifi...the room was burning up n I cldnt use the air bc they turn it off sometimes???... otherwise it blew straight hot air no room for any air2get thru at all...no smoking rooms ever available4a week or single nites.... n if u get it weekly they tell u basically that there gonna find a reason to kick u out before u week up n no matter what ur not getting that money back regardless of anything.?! when I asked front desk for assistance on the wifi no help oh letme call maintenance or oh its wking in tge other tower when I'm n the hall closest to to the lobby that's ridiculous!....no help from staff either they seem to go out of their way to hold u up somehow mopping the elevator4ever n I can go on4days..... only here cuz I have2b :/
