This company has provided hundreds of people the opportunity to keep a clean home and business with its Amazing Cleaning systems. bought vacuum & used for 3.5 months - carpets looked bad & lots of hair in carpet - vacuumed with Kirby on 4/1/15 & then re-vacuumed with my old SHARK vacuum (3 years old) - my old vacuum picked up an area of dirt/hair 10x8 inches & 2.5 inches deep --- DO NOT BUY A KIRBY- WAY OVERPRICED & POOR PERFORMANCE - worth only 10% of what they charge - also they phone number listed is disconnected !!!! KICK KIRBY TO THE KURB !!

Tried to contact salesman to cancel agreement and contract which has a 3 day time limit! Salesman put me off until it was almost to late to cancel. Tried to make contact but was lied to and promised a salesman would come by my home but never did! Had to get certified documents to insure I kept my end of deal with finance company to cancel in timely manner because Kirby refused to in order to secure their sale! I will never have another Kirby salesman in my home and now will never purchase another Kirby again! Have been a Kirby owner for years but I am done with them for good now!! Very disappointed in Kirby!
