The face painting & balloons can be done by a clown or non-clown. We prefer to work not in costume when possible The Jolly Trolley SnoCone concession truck can provide snocones for a company picnic, end of school party, family reunion, private parties. Anywhere a cool refreshing treat is needed. The truck carries up to 14 wonderful flavors. I have been in business for many years. I am insured, & professional.
