I had a designer engagement ring, but needed the wedding band for it, which the designer never made. I've looked for many years for something to go with it, but with no luck. We went to James, showed him what we wanted and he matched it perfectly! I mean, it couldn't have been better if the original designer did it! I told him exactly what I wanted it to look like, and he made it better, plus if fit like a glove! He was also made it very quickly, despite having a broken arm! I love my new ring and would recommend him to any of my friends.

My fiance bought my engagement ring here. He had it custom made. On the day he proposed we realized that the ring was made two sizes two small. (He had given the jeweler the correct size.) We went to have it resized and they charged us for it! Not only that but when we pointed out that one of the diamonds were crooked the jeweler insisted it was just an optical illusion. And now two of the diamonds have become extremely loose and it has only been 9 months! While the ring is beautiful, I'm going to have to go somewhere and pay to get it fixed. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the work and service.
