My mom and I took my almost 4 year old to get her 4 yr pics and Christmas pics on Wednesday November 26th and our appointment was for 1:20. It was 2:00 when we finally got in there, which wasn't a big deal because we weren't in any hurry and my daughter was occupied with playing with the other kids that were there. Once we got in there, there was a few good pics we got but we felt a little rushed and the employees that were out at the front desk kept coming in and out rushing the photographer. They are really understaffed for this time of year. We bought maybe a third of the pics that we normally do. They do a good job normally but beware of this time of year with any kids you might have, expect to wait about an hour.

Good luck getting someone to wait on you - they would rather stand around and chat to other associates than wait on customers.
