Provided by YP.comJames Gates and his employees are seriously not good people. They convinced me to file a claim on my renter's insurance that paid off $150. A couple of months later I called asking if I should make another claim for a bike that was stolen. They said they needed more info. When I got back with them I said I didn't want to file the claim, because I didn't think it was worth it. Apparently they went ahead and filed it as a claim. I just got kicked off my policy because of their mistake. When I protested they said there was nothing they could do. Needless to
